Welcome to RMX Trading Limited. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or making any purchases.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol or age-restricted products from our store, in compliance with New Zealand law and other applicable local laws.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age and may be required to provide proof of age at checkout or delivery.

3. Services Provided

RMX Trading Limited makes products, information, and services available through our website. These services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Withdraw or cancel products or services.
     
  • Update product information, pricing, or availability.
     
  • Limit the sale of products to certain regions or customers.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, RMX Trading Limited is not responsible for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
     
  • Website downtime or technical issues.
     
  • Any losses or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
     

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

RMX Trading Limited reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm our company, customers, or reputation.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

RMX Trading Limited may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At RMX, we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. However, if there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.


Changes of Mind

Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items purchased due to a change of mind, as returned food cannot be resold.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Unsatisfactory Items

If you receive an incorrect product, damaged items, or are otherwise unhappy with the quality of your order:

  • Please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order.
  • We will do our best to arrange a replacement.
  • If a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days of approval.

Important: For damaged deliveries, please:

  • Email photos of the damaged items, cartons, and packaging.
  • Keep all damaged products and packaging for the courier, as they are required for claims. Without these, we cannot process replacements or refunds.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, but if changes are needed we will do our best to accommodate them.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged, as outlined above.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times may apply).
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us directly.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, a product may be oversold. In this case:

  • We will inform you of any delays and the expected timeframe for new stock.
  • If no ETA is available, a refund will be issued for that item, and the rest of your order will be sent.

Best Before Dates

  • Best before dates are listed on the lower left-hand side of each product page and on the product label.
  • Products will have a minimum of 3 months best before date, unless purchased from the clearance section (these will be clearly marked). 
  • Please check the best before date before purchasing.
